My parents moved to a new appartment and asked for a bedquilt and cushions. We started with the cushions. They wanted double-pinwheels.

I asked Harriet for help, this time Volume 3. This volume is about triangles. I thought the double-pinwheel was difficult, but Harriet explains every step und knows every mistake I might make (and would make) and prevents it.

I followed every instruction even the one I resented most: for the first time in my life I used starch. I tried several brands, alas the most expensive one is the best for this task.

And I bought the recommended ruler. Without that ruler the triangles wouldn’t be as accurate as they are now.
