I made a last minute gift for myself: a mugrug with winter motifs (not christmas).

After the experiences with the sampler placemats I made during the icequilt I knew that placemats and mugrugs have to be very thin.

So I choose a polyester-batting and tried a new quilting-pattern: spirals.

It turned out phantastic, but I don't want to quilt a big quilt like that!
